Body Contouring Case #1031

35 year old patient with history of pregnancy with twins and previous saline breast augmentation. She had significant weakness of her core muscles and diastasis recti as well as glandular breast ptosis (sagging) with high riding and encapsulated (firm) breast implants. The lateral views of her before surgery photos show the extent of laxity of her abdominal wall muscles when relaxed. She underwent a Mommy Makeover that entailed layered tightening of her diastasis recti together with oblique plication along the sides of her lower abdominal muscles. She also underwent a total capsulectomy with replacement of her saline implants with a set of 500cc high profile silicone gel breast implants in the subpectoral or dual plane location with a periareolar incision breast lift. The second set of post operative photos are six years after her initial surgery where she has maintained her uplifted 34 full D cup breasts showing well healed periareolar incisions, natural and sustained appearance of her breast lift as well as a well-preserved abdominal wall contour and hourglass feminine body figure.
