Primary Rhinoplasty with correction of obstructed airway and nasal deviation – use of septal cartilage for correction of nasal airway obstruction and nasal support. 33 yo – With history of nasal airway obstruction and deviation of nose and tip. Note extent of nasal dorsal deviation and narrow midportion of nose and nasal tip asymmetry. Patient underwent open septorhinoplasty with harvest of septal cartilage for correction of airway obstruction and tip cartilage grafting to establish symmetry and support.
