Inframammary Breast Augmentation.

39 yo Ht 6′ 0″ Wt. 145 Lbs. Pre op Bra: 34 “A” Patient had very mild breast volume asymmetry. Chose slightly different volume implants to achieve better post op symmetry and proportion. Inframammary approach – submuscular – Silicone Gel Smooth Round Moderate Plus Profile. Right breast with 325cc and left with 300cc implants – post op 32 “C”cup.
