Breast Revision Case #5041

50 year old patient who was seen for delated breast implants. She had a history of previous breast augmentation with saline implants in the subglandular location post major weight loss. She underwent bilateral capsulectomy with removal of her deflated saline implants and replacement with silicone gel implants. Right breast has a 255cc Moderate Profile and left breast has a 350cc High Profile, both are in the sub pectoral / dual plane location. The right side needed a same time vertical, or lollipop lift for better breast symmetry to achieve her desired B cup size post op.
