62 year old patient with history of left breast cancer for which she had undergone a radical mastectomy. 9 years later she underwent TRAM flap left breast reconstruction using her abdominal fat and skin which was shaped into a breast and a symmetrizing right breast lift. She underwent nipple reconstruction and tattooing is pending. The abdominal donor site was repaired with an in-lay and on-lay mesh for long term abdominal support.
