48 year old patient with locally advanced right breast cancer who had undergone previous modified radical mastectomy with tissue expander placement. She required post operative radiation and the expansion had to be aborted due to significant discomfort. Therefore, she underwent delayed breast reconstruction with a TRAM flap. Note good symmetry in size and shape of her breasts and an improved abdominal contour.
