63 year old patient with left side affected Poland Syndrome with near complete absence of his pectoralis major muscle who underwent a custom made semi solid silicone implant placement via an axillary incision and lipocontouring and liposuction of his right chest and left axillary lipodeposits for a better chest symmetry.
