40 year old patient who had undergone previous liposuction elsewhere with resultant divots, the largest being at her right hip and smaller indentations along her left hip and posterior and medial thigh areas. She underwent corrective liposuction with fat grafting at her buttocks and at the multiple areas of divots at her hips and at her medial and posterior thigh areas. She also underwent a thighplasty or thigh lift where excess loose skin was removed from her medial and posterior thigh regions for an improved contour of her lower body and thighs. She also underwent circumferential liposuction of her torso for fat harvesting and for improved overall body proportions and the harvested fat was used to graft the areas of indentations as seen in the before and after photos.

42 year old patient who underwent significant weight loss post pregnancy with laxity of her posterior buttock and thighs. She underwent a combination of posterior thigh lift with buttock lift with liposuction of her hips. 35 year old patient with history of pregnancy with twins and previous saline breast augmentation. She had significant weakness of her core muscles and diastasis recti as well as glandular breast ptosis (sagging) with high riding and encapsulated (firm) breast implants. The lateral views of her before surgery photos show the extent of laxity of her abdominal wall muscles when relaxed. She underwent a Mommy Makeover that entailed layered tightening of her diastasis recti together with oblique plication along the sides of her lower abdominal muscles. She also underwent a total capsulectomy with replacement of her saline implants with a set of 500cc high profile silicone gel breast implants in the subpectoral or dual plane location with a periareolar incision breast lift. The second set of post operative photos are six years after her initial surgery where she has maintained her uplifted 34 full D cup breasts showing well healed periareolar incisions, natural and sustained appearance of her breast lift as well as a well-preserved abdominal wall contour and hourglass feminine body figure.

Major chest wall contouring and reduction gynecomastia / extended abdominoplasty.
25 yo 5′ 7″ had lost greater than 200 Lbs by dieting and exercise alone underwent “Fleur – de – Lis” abdominoplasty – where the skin excision involved the central abdominal area in addition to the lower abdominal overhanging tissue. Patient first underwent the extended or Fleur – de – Lis abdominoplasty and repair of his loosened abdominal muscles and followed by re contouring of his chest skin. Note the long distance that his nipples were raised to on his chest form the extreme sagging of his chest wall tissues. The nipples were raised with their own blood supply hence a free nipple graft was not necessary. He has maintained sensation to his nipples. Note the well healed abdominal incision several months before his more recent chest contouring. The raised incisions will improve with time.
