Body Contouring Case #4840

40 year old patient who had undergone previous liposuction elsewhere with resultant divots, the largest being at her right hip and smaller indentations along her left hip and posterior and medial thigh areas. She underwent corrective liposuction with fat grafting at her buttocks and at the multiple areas of divots at her hips and at her medial and posterior thigh areas. She also underwent a thighplasty or thigh lift where excess loose skin was removed from her medial and posterior thigh regions for an improved contour of her lower body and thighs. She also underwent circumferential liposuction of her torso for fat harvesting and for improved overall body proportions and the harvested fat was used to graft the areas of indentations as seen in the before and after photos.
