54 year old patient with advanced right breast cancer who underwent bilateral mastectomy and staged latissimus flap and tissue expander reconstruction, exchanged to silicone gel breast implants after right chest wall radiation. Implants used were silicone gel 440cc low profile on the right and 485cc moderate profile on the left. She underwent nipple reconstruction and tattooing of the nipple areolar complex.

49 year old patient with Locally Advanced Right Breast Cancer who had elected to undergo a bilateral mastectomy and required post mastectomy radiation to her right chest wall. Note post radiation changes to her right chest wall skin with significant soft tissue fibrosis. She underwent delayed bilateral latissimus flap breast reconstruction with staged tissue expander to permanent implant placement. During her Second Stage, she underwent exchange of the Tissue Expanders to 450cc High Profile silicone gel Breast Implants and Fat Grafting to the upper poles of the reconstructed breasts. She did not elect to undergo nipple reconstruction or tattooing.

30 year old BRCA 1 gene mutation positive patient who elected to undergo bilateral prophylactic skin sparing mastectomy with same time bilateral latissimus flap and direct to implant (586cc moderate plus profile silicone gel) reconstruction; followed by nipple reconstruction and nipple areolar tattooing. Last set of photos 12 years after her reconstruction with sustained shape, projection, natural look and aesthetic value.
