54 year oldwith advanced right breast cancer who elected to have bilateral mastectomy and stagedlatissimus flap and tissue expander reconstruction, exchanged to silicone gel breast implants after rightchest wall radiation. Implants used were silicone gel 440cc lowprofile on the right and 485cc moderateprofile on the left. Final stage nipple reconstruction.
