Muscle sparing free TRAM flap. 37yo 5′ 5″ underwent right breast skin sparing mastectomy with same time muscle sparing free TRAM flap reconstruction. Note breast shape, projection and contour with abdominal closure and excellent healing of her incision. Patient will follow with contralateral breast lift and creation of the nipple and areolar complex.
