Muscle sparing free TRAM flap. 56 yo 5′ 6″ underwent left skin sparing mastectomy and same time muscle sparing free TRAM flap reconstruction. Note natural appearance, shape, projection and contour of reconstructed breast as well as the abdominal wall muscle tone and contour. Patient elected not to undergo nipple reconstruction at this time.
