47 year old patient with right breast cancer who had lumpectomy and radiation as breast “conservation” treatment with the resulting deformity. She underwent staged revision with local rotation advancement skin flap from her upper abdomen to resurface the missing skin defect on her right breast. Second stage was to exchange her existing 300cc high profile implant to low profile 320cc silicone gel implant with contralateral symmetrizing breast lift.
