Custom made chest implant for a patient with Poland’s syndrome. A 35-year-old male with left chest Poland’s Syndrome shown here 3 months post-procedure. Procedure: In-office creation of moulage of the chest wall defect followed by insertion of a custom made, sterile, semi-solid silicone implant via an axillary approach using an endoscopic technique. Results: The patient’s chest shows a good proportion and symmetry. He is very athletic and has resumed all activities.
