31 year old patient with right side tuberous breast deformity and left side ptosis and breast size and shape asymmetry. She wore a 32 B cup brasserie which only fit her left breast. She underwent correction of her right side tuberous breast deformity with placement of a Moderate Plus profile 304cc silicone gel breast implant in the dual plane position and placement of a 210cc Low Profile silicone gel breast implant at her left side both via a periareolar approach to achieve her desired 32 C cup breast size and improved breast symmetry.
