32 year old patient with multifocal breast cancer who elected to have bilateral skin and nipple sparing mastectomy with direct to implant reconstruction. She had one stage vertical incision only breast lift with placement of the implants in the sub pectoral position and acellular dermal matrix for support. She has 415cc high profile silicone gel implants.
