55 year old patient who had undergone two previous sessions of coolsculpting (fat freeze) in an attempt to contour his abdomen and dissolve excess fatty tissue. The patient had not noticed any improvement and instead had persistent inflammation and swelling for several months. After an additional eight months of healing and resolution of the inflammation he underwent effective surgical liposuction and lipocontouring of his abdomen, waist, lower back, and flanks to achieve the final outcome.
