42 year old patient who underwent significant weight loss post pregnancy with laxity of her posterior buttock and thighs. She underwent a combination of posterior thigh lift with buttock lift with liposuction of her hips. Post operative results are relatively soon after surgery and scars will further fade with time and contour will improve along the hips.
