19 year old patient with breast asymmetry and right breast ptosis. She underwent a symmetrizing breast augmentation with a vertical breast lift. Due to the naturally bigger right breast, she had a 270cc Low Profile silicone gel breast implant placement at the right breast with a same time vertical breast lift, and a 371cc Moderate Profile silicone gel breast implant at her left side with a lift to achieve her final 34 full C cup breast size. Both implants were placed in the dual place position.
