Breast augmentation submuscular smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel / breast lift – vertical incision only / liposuction of abdomen and posterior flanks 34 yo 5′ 9" 135 Lbs with significant loss of breast volume and pendulous appearance of breasts. Pre op 34 "C" cup (push up bras). Patient desired firmer and uplifted breasts with larger volume. She underwent a vertical only breast lift with submuscular insertion of 500cc silicone gel smooth round moderate plus profile implants to achieve s full D cup and the final uplifted appearance. She also underwent liposuction to contour abdomen, waist and posterior flanks. Note post op better defined abdominal area, waist and posterior flanks with a fuller volume of breasts at 34 full D cup.
