26 year old patient with hypomastia desired a modest breast augmentation. She underwent partial subpectoral or dual plane placement of 285cc saline moderate plus breast implants via a peri areolar approach. The areolar size will contract and become smaller with further healing. She is pleased with her current 34 full B cup breasts.
