33 year old patient who had previous breast augmentation resulting in breast asymmetry with bottoming out of the implants. She underwent breast revision surgery with exchange of her existing implants to silicone gel-filled 485cc moderate plus profile implants with internal breast capsular lift (raising up the inframammary fold), and vertical incision and a short horizontal incision breast skin lift to achieve her desired 36 D cup size.
