42 year old patient with history of bilateral saline filled breast implants with Grade III right breast painful capsular contracture and left breast lump seen on mammography. She underwent a left lumpectomy and bilateral total capsulectomies with removal of saline implants together with breast capsules and replacement with high profile silicone gel 450cc breast implants in the subpectoral or dual plan position and a periareolar breast lift. She is a 36 full D cup breast size, photos are three years post-surgery.
