54 year old patient with advanced right breast cancer who underwent bilateral mastectomy and staged latissimus flap and tissue expander reconstruction, exchanged to silicone gel breast implants after right chest wall radiation. Implants used were silicone gel 440cc low profile on the right and 485cc moderate profile on the left. She underwent nipple reconstruction and tattooing of the nipple areolar complex.
