Unilateral latissimus flap with saline implant / contralateral (right) breast reduction. 55 yo 5′ 9″ with left breast cancer underwent left mastectomy and same time latissimus flap breast reconstruction with use of 375 cc saline moderate profile implant and contralateral (right) breast symmetrizing lift. Second stage – underwent creation of neo nipple and tattooing of nipple and areolar complex. Note symmetry in volume, shape and contour as well as overall proportion with body habitus.
