45 year old patient who had undergone previous breast reduction and subsequently lost weight resulting in breast glandular ptosis (sagging of the breasts). She desired a mommy makeover with full and uplifted breasts and a tummy tuck. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Wise pattern skin lift with the implants placed in the sub pectoral or dual plane position using 400cc high profile silicone gel breast implants and a full tummy tuck with repair of diastasis recti. Her breast size was transformed from a 34 B to her desired 34 full D cup.
