25 year old patient with a history of morbid obesity who underwent a Mommy Makeover post significant weight loss. She underwent a breast lift and subpectoral breast augmentation using 339cc moderate profile silicone gel breast implants with a Wise skin pattern breast lift, and an abdominoplasty with plication of her rectus diastasis and a small amount of liposuction at her flanks and waist for an improved body contours and proportions.
