Perlane to the mid-cheeks and folds of mouth.Patient has received a total of two syringes of Perlane to the deeper hollows of the mid cheeks as well as the deeper folds around his mouth and one syring of Restylane evenly distributed to the more superficial creases. This was followed by two syringes of Jevederm to his upper cheek / lower eyelids. These treatments were not all done in one setting but in a span of two years.
