Custom made chest implant for a patient with Poland’s syndrome. A 28-year-old male with left-sided Poland’s Syndrome shown here 3 months post-surgery. Procedure: In-office creation of a moulage to simulate the right-side chest contour and proportions, from which a custom-made, semi-solid silicone pectoral implant was created and surgically inserted through a transaxillary procedure. Results: The patient has returned to all pre-operative sports and physical activities without any restrictions.
