Custom made chest implant for a patient with Poland’s syndrome. A 31-year-old male with right-sided Poland’s Syndrome shown here 3 months post-surgery. Procedure: In-office creation of a moulage to capture the appearance and contour of the left chest, from which a sterile, custom-made pectoral implant was created and inserted. Results: Good proportion and symmetry with a quick recovery.
