39 year old male with right side affected Poland Syndrome. He had complete absence of his pectoralis major muscle associated with a mild degree of pectus excavatum (inward caving in of the sternal bone) and irregularities of his clavicle and second, third and fourth ribs. He underwent a custom made semi solid silicon implant placement via a trans axillary incision. Note the improved symmetry with his opposite chest.
