28 year old male with right side affected Poland Syndrome with partial absence of his pectoralis major muscle. Note presence of his clavicular attachment but absent sternal attachments of the fan shaped pectoral muscle. He did not have other associated congenital abnormalities. He underwent a custom-made semi-solid silicone implant placement via an axillary approach. Note good symmetry and contour with his opposite chest.
