18 year old patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome with underdeveloped rib cage and deformities of his second, third, fourth and fifth ribs as well as completely absent short segment of the mid portion of his third rib. He underwent custom-made silicone implant placement to reconstruct the right sided Poland Syndrome via an axillary incision to hide all visible scars.
