33 year old patient with right side affected Poland Syndrome who had previous history of fat grafting to improve the chest symmetry overseas. He had partial absence of the inferior and central fibers of his right pectoralis major muscle with intact clavicular segments. He underwent a custom made semi solid silicone implant placement via a trans axillary incision with improved symmetry.
