21 year old patient with congenital nasal deformity who required an open septo-rhinoplasty with septal cartilage grafting to correct both internal nasal airway obstruction (using bilateral spreader grafts) as well as tip support and right lateral side wall grafting for an improved overall cosmetic nasal shape and balance.
