26 year old patient with significant nasal septal deviation with internal airway obstruction who underwent a closed septorhinoplasty to correct both the functional airway obstruction as well as cosmetic improvement of the nasal dorsum, tip set back and overall refinement of the nasal architecture yet maintaining unique harmony with her facial features.
