41 year old patient who underwent closed rhinoplasty to address the dependent (downturned) nasal tip and slight nasal hump. The procedure achieved the aesthetically desired change with preserving the nuances of an ethnic nose to match her overall attractive features. She also had submental liposuction to enhance her jaw line and overall proportions.
