54 year old patient with left breast cancer who underwent delayed breast reconstruction with staged tissue expander and acellular dermal matrix to permanent breast implant reconstruction. She underwent a symmetrizing right breast lift during the second stage where the tissue expander was exchanged to a permanent silicone gel 485cc high profile breast implant.
