46 year old patient underwent delayed staged left breast reconstruction with tissue expander placement as stage I and later exchanged to permanent left breast implant using silicone gel 378cc moderate plus profile left breast implant with a symmetrizing right breast vertical lift with a 200cc low profile silicone gel implant. She also underwent left breast nipple creation and tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
