Muscle sparing free TRAM flap. 53 yo 5′ 10″ with left sided breast cancer who underwent left free TRAM flap breast reconstruction at time of skin sparing mastectomy. Patient had an in lay and on lay mesh closure of abdominal donor site. Note symmetry in breast size, shape and overall contour and a firm and flat abdominal contour.
