49 year old patient with history of previous abdominal surgery, note long midline abdominal scar that spans her umbilicus with laxity of abdominal wall skin and muscles. She underwent a Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty with repair of diastasis recti and liposuction and lipocontouring of her abdomen, flanks, and lower back regions. Note the markedly improved final outcome of her abdomen and torso and healthy appearing umbilicus.
