Periareolar only breast lift with saline augmentation / abdominoplasty / liposuction. 38 yo Ht 5′ 4″ 145 Lbs requested “mommy makeover” underwent a periareolar only breast lift and subpectoral augmentation mammaplasty with moderate profile 400 cc saline implants. At same time as the breast lift and augmentation surgery, she also had an abdominoplasty and tightening of her rectus muscles and liposuction of her abdomen, flanks, lower and upper back and waist. Note the post op contour of her midsection and overall improved body proportions and appearance.
