Poland Syndrome Case #2131

35 year old right side affected male with Poland Syndrome with eccentric and inverted small nipple areolar complex. He underwent trans axillary placement of a custom made semi solid silicone implant for improved chest symmetry. Six months after surgery he returned and had excision of the diminutive, inverted nipple, and creation of a new nipple in the office with local anesthesia. The after photos were taken by our patient. He will return for tattooing to complete the reconstruction.
