54 year old patient with a history of a deflated left saline implant. She underwent bilateral breast implant revision using a periareolar incision. The procedure included replacement of her implants with 280cc low-profile, smooth round silicone gel implants. Additionally, the internal breast pockets were adjusted, and a periareolar breast lift was performed. She achieved a 32 C cup breast size in her final result.
