Breast Explant Case #5488

62 year old patient with long standing breast implants who had an extracapsular rupture of the right breast silicone implant and an intracapsular rupture of her left implant. She underwent a total capsulectomy with same time vertical breast lift. The results are one year post surgery. She is currently a B cup in breast size and is thrilled with the natural appearance and permanently uplifted outcome where she does not have to wear a bra or only a bralette if needed.
