36 year old patient several years after breast-feeding with resultants volume deflation with significant sagging of her breasts. She underwent a subglandular breast augmentation using a set of low profile 190cc silicone gel breast implants with a simultaneous Wise pattern breast lift. The patient’s breasts were transformed from a 36 C cup requiring bra support for an uplift to a 36 full C cup without support.
