Patient Care Coordinator

Hello, my name is Desidery, and I am Dr. Salibian’s Patient Care Coordinator. I hold a Diploma in Medical Assistance. I was born and raised in North Hollywood, CA, and am proud to be a first-generation Mexican American daughter. My upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for hard work, resilience, and family values—qualities that guide my approach to patient care each day.

I am passionate about building genuine connections with every patient, ensuring that each person feels seen, understood, and supported throughout their journey. My goal is to help every patient feel comfortable, confident, and well-cared for. I believe that kindness and authentic relationships can make a meaningful difference in the overall experience, and I’m grateful to be part of a team dedicated to helping people feel their best inside and out.

Outside of my professional role, I cherish time spent with my three pets, who fill my days with joy and laughter. Whether supporting patients or relaxing at home with my furry companions, compassion and dedication are at the core of everything I do.

Aesthetic Laser Specialist

Cherie Morgan has been a California Registered Nurse since 1973, and received her Nurse Practitioner license in 1982. Cherie has been performing laser and IPL treatments since 2002 and joined Cynosure, an International Laser Company in 2004.

Cherie travels to train doctors, nurses and their staff the operation and marketing of a broad range of medical, surgical and aesthetic light based technologies throughout the US and Canada. She is our expert in preforming minimal downtime CO2 laser resurfacing. Her warm and friendly demeanor is a comfort to our patients.
