Body Contouring Case #1029
Before
After
Major chest wall contouring and reduction gynecomastia / extended abdominoplasty. 25 yo 5′ 7″ had lost greater than 200 Lbs by dieting and exercise alone underwent “Fleur – de – Lis” abdominoplasty – where the skin excision involved the central abdominal area in addition to the lower abdominal overhanging tissue. Patient first underwent the extended or Fleur – de – Lis abdominoplasty and repair of his loosened abdominal muscles and followed by re contouring of his chest skin. Note the long distance that his nipples were raised to on his chest form the extreme sagging of his chest wall tissues. The nipples were raised with their own blood supply hence a free nipple graft was not necessary. He has maintained sensation to his nipples. Note the well healed abdominal incision several months before his more recent chest contouring. The raised incisions will improve with time.
