IMPLANTS: RIGHT: 270cc low profile silicone gel implant, LEFT: 375cc high profile silicone gel implant
27 year old patient with history of chest wall asymmetry with protuberance of central portions of the right upper and lower ribs and mid sternum. The actual breast volume was not significantly different. To best symmetrize the breast appearance, she underwent sub pectoral (dual plane) placement of a 270cc low profile silicone gel implant at the right breast and a 375cc high profile silicone gel implant at her left breast via an inframammary fold incision as well as medialization of her right nipple areolar complex. The second set of after photos are her results without any revisions 10 years post initial surgery that shows sustained long term results.
